Reflection: Week 3 and 4
What have I been learning about .... Over the last two weeks I have have learned that 1. I can do this, I might need help, and I realize that I need to ask for it when I need it, (i.e. blogging party!) 2. Understand that it is okay to admit that hey, I have a lot going on and I might need a reminder or help to make sure I have everything done, and ya know... that is okay! 3. I learned my classmates are awesome, not only in this class but all of my classes! Thank you!Well, where do I begin, I have learned so much about the environment through the video that we have been "An Inconvenient Truth." This video has provided me the opportunity to learn so much more than I ever knew about global warming and the affects it has on our mother earth! Alright, are you ready for this... I think I actually am officially becoming somewhat blog savvy! Yes, I said it! And its true... I am feeling good about blogging! Thanks blogging party people! Over this week I added a "Cool Sign" to my profile, and a signature, as well as a picture slide show, commented and posted a photo.... Woot woot! Go ME!! Progress is a sweet reward! ReplyDeleteOk so I'm pretty dang sure you a blog PRO now, after looking at this post and your review of "An Inconvenient Truth." I think you should host the blog parties now because you're pretty amazing at it and you're a great instructor (judging from yoga) haha. PS. I've never felt so flexible in my life! Well I'm glad you learn a lot about yourself and the environment over the past two weeks. I will seeya later! Have a great weekend!
Abbey~ We sure are becoming pros at this...I cant believe it either look how far we have come already!! I think the blogging party might just be helping us out...and at the next one you will have to show me how to do some of those cool gadgets!!

Abbey- It is great to hear about all of your progress. This second reflection is so much more optimistic than your first one. Everyone wrote about how hard it was to keep up with the blogging, and now here we are calling ourselves "blog savvy".
ReplyDeleteI must say that the movie "An Inconvenient Truth" opened my eyes as well. Even if we don't all agree with everything that was presented, statistics and science don't lie.... --S
