Share and Voice: Green Tree Lights NYC

My family is taking a trip to New York City for spring break and in my recent travel searching I came across this, I found the informational news article at www.wcco.com check it out.....

"Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Goes Green"


I thought it was a really neat thing to see that everyone is helping out in little ways to make this earth a little bit greener, to save a little bit more, and change a little at a time!:) Think if we all used energy saving bulbs!

    That's wonderful!I bet it saves a lot of energy and gets people to start thinking of ways they can help out our earth as well. Good find!

    Your comment "think if we all started using energy saving bulbs" made me think of UMD housing. I am pretty sure before all of the students moved in this past year, all the lamp lights were changed to energy saving bulbs...kudos UMD housing...
